The Global Raw Reserve and common language of energy security

1. One of the reasons leading to the state in which any dialogue between partners becomes problematic is disparity of the main concepts of the language of dialogue. In the dialogue about energy security it is the disparity between the concepts of "limitedness of energy resource reserve" and "economic growth", which is based on credit design of money and therefore on infinite credit expansion in time and space of the Earth. You should not mix it up with the ideas of a 1972 year book "The Limits to Growth", known for the activity of the "Club of Rome", in which finite resource reserve was being compared with growing world population, not with monetary capital.
2. The disparity of the concepts "limitedness of energy resource reserve" and "economic growth" was not always. For example, in medieval Europe when credit relationships started their domination in society and economy (religious excuse of debt and interest took place) the naturally-scientific conceptions of the Earth reserves was far from the modern ones. The lack of resources in one region was being solved by expansion into another one. Their limit was not seen. There is a conception that the reforms of Peter I the Great according to European model could be conditioned by the lack of wood for production of charcoal in Europe and reaching the technological limitations in production of iron whilst a technology to use coal was not ready. Such a pause with a background of the lack of wood was ripened as a financial-economic shock for Europe. The culture-managerial expansion of Europe into Russia, which had wood and iron-ore, was conditioned by European needs to modernize itself and to stop Swedish hegemony, which also had wood and iron-ore and was far from democracy.
3. Over time geology, geography, physics and other natural sciences had taken a course of facts whereas, for example, economics strangely enough remained in course of dogmatism, going back to the Christian one (Dogma - Greek δόγμα - “that which seems to one, opinion or belief”). In this connection it is possible to speak about corruption of a conceptual invariant “space” in language of energy security (Corrupt - 1. Open to or involving bribery or other dishonest practices; Example: corrupt practices. 2. Morally depraved. 3. (Of a text or data) Made unreliable by errors or alterations).
4. It has resulted:
a) in diversity and complication of the forms of geopolitical constructs – Europe (up to Ural), EC, NATO, Russia in Europe and Asia, Eurasia, OPEC, WTO, The Energy Charter Treaty (ECT) … and consequently in increasing risks of political-economic confrontation including armed one;
b) in problematic modeling and governance of global energy.
5. The problem is how to eliminate corruption of the conceptual invariant "space" for securing parity of political-economic and naturally-scientific components of the language of energy security? In other words, how to secure monosemantic dialogue and on this basis feasibility of the accepted decisions in result of the dialogue?
6. If we can not to cancel limitedness of energy resource reserve, would it be logical to pay attention to necessity and possibility to normalize understanding of "economic growth" as infinite? If yes, it would be possible to do by giving an additional (to consumer) value to the accessible part of the energy resource reserve as the 100% collateral of inflation-free exchange instrument of the world trade. Grain should be added to energy as a secondary energy resource for people, taking into account the plans of the US to establish "OGEC" (Organization of Grain Exporting Countries) in structure of the US, Argentina, Australia, Brazil as a tool in countering OPEC. Energy resources (with grain) and exchange instrument of the world trade secured by these resources become limited.
7. It would be possible to institute additional value of energy resource and grain as the Global Raw Reserve. The Global Raw Reserve could start to normalize and regulate regional and global trade-economic processes in a conflict-free way because the contracts of exchange can be executed in parallel to banking. Managing subjects and countries could have a choice of the form of economic co-operation in spirit of pluralism.
8. Geopolitical constructs would be adequate to natural limitations of the Earth as well as energy security of the world population. It becomes attainable, if corruption of the conceptual invariant "space" is being eliminated and language of energy security becomes common language.
The end.
"God's Away on Business (Tom Waits)
I'd sell your heart to the junkman baby
For a buck, for a buck
If you're looking for someone
To pull you out of that ditch
You're out of luck, you're out of luck
The ship is sinking
The ship is sinking
The ship is sinking
There's leak, there's leak,
In the boiler room
The poor, the lame, the blind
Who are the ones that we kept in charge?
Killers, thieves, and lawyers
God's away, God's away,
God's away on Business. Business.
God's away, God's away,
God's away on Business. Business.
Digging up the dead with
A shovel and a pick
It's a job, it's a job
Bloody moon rising with
A plague and a flood
Jain the mob, jain the mob
It's all over, it's all over, it's all over
There's a lick, there's a lick,
In the boiler room
The poor, the lame, the blind
Who are the ones that we kept in charge?
Killers, thieves, and lawyers
God's away, God's away, God's away
On Business. Business.
God's away, God's away,
On Business. Business.
Goddamn there's always such
A big temptation
To be good, to be good
There's always free cheddar in
A mousetrap, baby
It's a deal, it's a deal
God's away, God's away, God's away
On Business. Business.
God's away, God's away, God's away
On Business. Business.
I narrow my eyes like a coin slot baby,
Let her ring, let her ring
God's away, God's away,
God's away on Business.
Business..."
