Post-Drucker management is Knowledge Person's management

As you may know Peter Drucker is the father of modern management.

I am not talking about a kind of postmodern philosophy and post-structuralism in management. It is another story and I will try to explain my position about it later.

Think about these basic ideas of post-Drucker management:

- A better solution is not corporations and outsourcing, but temporary projects in which one level local or global collaboration takes place. Collaborative self-consulting includes customers to individualize really necessary goods and services;

- А scepticism about constructive value of usury, macroeconomics and modern banking which make collaboration problematic;

- Respect of the Knowledge Person which is not the worker, but is the individual in collaboration;

- Democracy is not an icon, but means collaborative projects which include policy makers. Democracy can not be exported or imported because how you can export/import collaboration?

- Thinking must be correct for taking correct actions.

- Do not waste your time for communities. Instead that find right Knowledge Projects or compose and launch your own project.

- Management not by objectives, but within limitations because limitations are real and objectives can be speculative.

- Companies do not have responsibility, Knowledge Persons have it. Companies, corporations and projects appear and disappear, Knowledge Persons remain.

- Knowledge is not absolute value.

- An agreement with "The best way to predict the future is to create it" by Peter Drucker.
