Challenge Russia?

You know about soft power.

If to consider any issue from the text viruses' perspective you may see that text viruses have the trait to get back to their owner in case of clarification of the issue.

A demo version or a light example is at the Xing's forum "All secrets for business in Russia".

According to the dialogue at the forum the subtitle of the IconVienna 4th International Congress was "Challenge Russia" and will be "Europe – Russia : new opportunities", perhaps.

Will the Brits transmit the old Russian ideas in Africa and worldwide?

According to "Libyan Leader receives advisor of British government for political affairs" I think they will:

"The Leader of the Libyan Revolution received on Wednesday the advisor of British government for political affairs, the personal envoy of British Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

During the meeting, the British envoy handed the Leader a missive from British Prime Minister, through which he emphasized his support to leader's vision and his efforts to complete establishment of the African Union by establishing the African union government reaching to the establishment of the United States of Africa.

He also emphasized his support to the leader's constant efforts to guarantee peace and stability in the African continent and the world.

The British Prime Minister expressed satisfaction to distinct relations between Britain and Libya, expressing his country's desire to contribute to implementing development projects in Libya.

The meeting was attended by the Secretary of European Affairs at the GPC(General People's Committee) for Foreign Liaison and International Cooperation and the ambassador of Britain to Libya".

The business is that "... Gadhafi’s well-known "Green Book" was as influenced by his reading of Bakunin ...".

Mikhail Alexandrovich Bakunin developed panslavic views and Prince Peter (Pyotr) Alexeyevich Kropotkin was a creator of the scientific anarchism or Russian socialism:

"In the animal world we have seen that the vast majority of species live in societies, and that they find in association the best arms for the struggle for life: understood, of course, in its wide Darwinian sense -- not as a struggle for the sheer means of existence, but as a struggle against all natural conditions unfavourable to the species. The animal species, in which individual struggle has been reduced to its narrowest limits, and the practice of mutual aid has attained the greatest development, are invariably the most numerous, the most prosperous, and the most open to further progress. The mutual protection which is obtained in this case, the possibility of attaining old age and of accumulating experience, the higher intellectual development, and the further growth of sociable habits, secure the maintenance of the species, its extension, and its further progressive evolution. The unsociable species, on the contrary, are doomed to decay".

(Peter Kropotkin, Mutual Aid: A Factor of Evolution (1902), Conclusion.)

Though " ... the idea of Pan-Slavic unity is considered dead" (probably including the Russian socialism) their derivatives may show the way to go beyond "... Clash of Ideologies between the Muslims and Christians" and between the appropriate financial models.

Historically "... the creation of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, under Serbian royalty, did unite most Southern Slavs regardless of religion and cultural background (orthodox/muslim/catholic)". But it is not seen today.

Bakunin and Kropotkin are not forgotten. Over time their ideas have shifted the issue to Africa and the USA - do read "Obama's disturbing Africentrism".

So, 150 years old message have created the network:

Russia - Yugoslavia/Serbia - Africa - USA and UK ... and back to Europe?

As far as I remember cybernetics, more variety (to act regardless of religion and cultural background vs. "Muslims or Christians" false dilemma), if applied correctly, may give the competitive advantages (in globalization 2.0 and 3.0). Russian language is very diverse и это правда.

The rise of the new USA (United States of Africa)

According to Voice of America I think Africa may follow Latin America and Middle East not only in unity, but in creation of the regional currency.

Culturally they are connected by reggae, for instance:

Babylon System (Ziggy Marley):

Africa Unite (Bob Marley):

And Libya may do it. Why Libya? Because they have oil and no rich-poor gap, if my understanding is correct.

Culture in networks

The classical point of the Social Network Analysis (SNA) is that power is being shifted in real organizations, which are not hierarhies only.

The beginning and the end of the power shift can be represented so:

What may cause these shifts or confirm that the network has its own life (no matter how Mass Media may hide it)?

The message causes it, if:

1. The same or similar languages are being used by its sender and its receiver;

2. There is one understanding (without text viruses) of the message for the sender and receiver.

Let me give an example.

This video is about a connection of the Russian Establishment and ordinary people. A formerly (in Soviet era) underground rock musician Yury Shevchuk (DDT rock group, St. Petersburg - you can see their clip "White night") created a message. The idea of the song is very sensitive for the Establishment and ordinary people - what we (in former Russian Empire/Soviet Union) can keep after us.

The meaning of this message was understood by ordinary people in Kiev (Ukraine). They (DDT and Karamazov Brothers rock group from Kiev) sing it in Russian and Ukrainian:

I do not think that Yury creates power, but you can see that culture lives in networks independently from Mass Media which are too hierarchical and they probably do not represent the world correctly.

The meanings of the regional currencies

If you have read "Next to new currency" you may think that this kind of monetary evolution is utopian. It is partly correct and I also think so. But if you consider the variants/meanings of the future the consideration must be without any prejudices.

Iran Islamic Republic News Agency reports:

"Iran's envoy: Iran and Russia can rid world of dollar's slavery

Moscow, Feb 15, IRNA

Iran's Ambassador to Moscow said here Friday Iran and Russia, as major energy suppliers, can rid the world of US dollar's slavery by promoting oil and gas deals using different currencies.

Gholam-Reza Ansari further emphasized in an interview with 'Echo Moscow Radio', "We have been trying to launch an Oil Stock Market in Iran and also trying to find substitute currencies for Iran's oil sales, that can be Russia's ruble.""

I think that it is the sign of the mentioned infrastructure (Mr. Hugo Chaves thinks and acts quickly. But barter scheme needs an infrastructure to grow into new currency), though some problems may occur.

What do you think about the meanings of the regional currencies - will their quantity (of the meanings) increase or not?

If you will ask me, my answer is - I do not yet know.

Zero investments

Every business as usual has cash outflow and it is a subject for investments/debts.

The knowledge structure of the outflow may look like this:

But this knowledge doesn't indicate entirely knowledge business even if you will use the mentioned framework or any other about a connection of knowledge of business and its cash-flow. It is investments/debts based business, not more. In this case any collaboration among involved people is possible only if it is prepaid - humans are resources here.

I think zero investments or knowledge business takes place when the outflow's questions/answers are shifted to the result's section. This kind of business is project oriented and within the project the true Knowledge Persons collaborate and share the results. Technically it is not problematic. It's problematic socially because schools and universities teach to be employee or employer and take debts.

Am I mistaking?

The future problem of the regional banking

After publishing my "Bank of South", "Next to new currency" and "Broken globalization 1.0" posts I think that this article is worth to read:

"Bank Of The South: A potential new challenge to hegemonic global finance and its monetary terrorism" by Dr. Mehdi S. Shariati.

The name of the future problem is debt/credit/investment nature of banking.

"Is there a lesson to be learned from this recent development? Is it possible to have rising independent regional banks such as Banco del Sur to enter intra- and inter-regional agreements on extending credits and planning?"

Maybe it is early to say, but imagine they will solve all the regional problems and what next?

"The very idea of the Bank of the South is both a rejection of global capitalism's hegemonic economic policies over the South and a rejection of the "austerity measures" imposed by global capitalism through its supranational financial organizations such the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank (4)".

"Because of this the new Bank of the South needs to move aggressively in two important directions -- expanding ties outside its own region (a Latin American Bank presence in the Middle East and vise versa), and as a competitor to the well-established lenders such as the IMF and the World Bank. Expansion outside its own region would allow it to tap into overseas capital markets, thereby increasing its presence on a global stage, and competition with the IMF would accomplish two goals -- forcing the IMF to revisit its policies, while through its successful competition increase its earnings (albeit modestly) for further expansion".

The globalization 1.0 was broken down because the USSR used in principle the same banking model that others have. Yes, interest was not private, but planning was big corporations/ministries oriented, not project oriented (except the few ones - space ...).

Corporations or collaborative projects in networks as business entities and debt/credit/investment money or money for exchange are the questions to find answers.

We will see what changes the elections in Russia and in the US will bring.
