Will the Brits transmit the old Russian ideas in Africa and worldwide?

According to "Libyan Leader receives advisor of British government for political affairs" I think they will:

"The Leader of the Libyan Revolution received on Wednesday the advisor of British government for political affairs, the personal envoy of British Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

During the meeting, the British envoy handed the Leader a missive from British Prime Minister, through which he emphasized his support to leader's vision and his efforts to complete establishment of the African Union by establishing the African union government reaching to the establishment of the United States of Africa.

He also emphasized his support to the leader's constant efforts to guarantee peace and stability in the African continent and the world.

The British Prime Minister expressed satisfaction to distinct relations between Britain and Libya, expressing his country's desire to contribute to implementing development projects in Libya.

The meeting was attended by the Secretary of European Affairs at the GPC(General People's Committee) for Foreign Liaison and International Cooperation and the ambassador of Britain to Libya".

The business is that "... Gadhafi’s well-known "Green Book" was as influenced by his reading of Bakunin ...".

Mikhail Alexandrovich Bakunin developed panslavic views and Prince Peter (Pyotr) Alexeyevich Kropotkin was a creator of the scientific anarchism or Russian socialism:

"In the animal world we have seen that the vast majority of species live in societies, and that they find in association the best arms for the struggle for life: understood, of course, in its wide Darwinian sense -- not as a struggle for the sheer means of existence, but as a struggle against all natural conditions unfavourable to the species. The animal species, in which individual struggle has been reduced to its narrowest limits, and the practice of mutual aid has attained the greatest development, are invariably the most numerous, the most prosperous, and the most open to further progress. The mutual protection which is obtained in this case, the possibility of attaining old age and of accumulating experience, the higher intellectual development, and the further growth of sociable habits, secure the maintenance of the species, its extension, and its further progressive evolution. The unsociable species, on the contrary, are doomed to decay".

(Peter Kropotkin, Mutual Aid: A Factor of Evolution (1902), Conclusion.)

Though " ... the idea of Pan-Slavic unity is considered dead" (probably including the Russian socialism) their derivatives may show the way to go beyond "... Clash of Ideologies between the Muslims and Christians" and between the appropriate financial models.

Historically "... the creation of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, under Serbian royalty, did unite most Southern Slavs regardless of religion and cultural background (orthodox/muslim/catholic)". But it is not seen today.

Bakunin and Kropotkin are not forgotten. Over time their ideas have shifted the issue to Africa and the USA - do read "Obama's disturbing Africentrism".

So, 150 years old message have created the network:

Russia - Yugoslavia/Serbia - Africa - USA and UK ... and back to Europe?

As far as I remember cybernetics, more variety (to act regardless of religion and cultural background vs. "Muslims or Christians" false dilemma), if applied correctly, may give the competitive advantages (in globalization 2.0 and 3.0). Russian language is very diverse и это правда.

Putin hints at summit with Libya's Gathafi:

"TRIPOLI, March 19 -- Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday left open the possibility of a summit with Libya's Moamer Gathafi amid Russian interest in the North African country's civil nuclear energy market.

"We have a very active dialogue, and I don't exclude reciprocal visits at the highest level," Putin said during a meeting with parliament leaders at the Kremlin, according to the Interfax news agency.

...

Russia has made no secret of its interest in Libya's burgeoning civil nuclear power market. France used the occasion of a state visit by Gathafi to Paris to sign billions of euros worth of deals with Tripoli, including involving nuclear energy.

Last month Brussels announced a historic framework for new EU-wide ties with Tripoli, signalling a renaissance in the longtime pariah state's international relations.

In February the EU commission said it would begin negotiating an agreement covering political, social, economic, commercial and cultural relations with Libya once it has received the green light from the bloc's 27 member nations".
