Американский отклик на "Долговые ключи от Украины" предварял пассаж американца в адрес прокиевского англичанина - участника нашей дискуссии:
"It seems if someone says something that your little brain does not comprehend, you attack the person and his comment from as many angles as you can muster, as if you are some self appointed "thought police". Nobody gave you the authority of "thought police". That is racist action. Racist against comments that do not parrot your little take on the little exclusive world that you live in.
You write books? Are they fiction? Your attempt to create a separate reality is weak. Does anyone buy any of your books?"
А вот, что американец написал мне:
"Nikolay. Debt restitution. Treaty of Versailles worked that on Germany after Germany clearly was at fault for advancing that war. Because the "pay back" reparations were too repressive, (impossible to repay), Germany took it personal. Reaction to the repression was the cataylst that eventually ignited WW2. Conclusion - debt that is impossible to repay will eventually default.
In USA we clearly have debt restitution if one party is found, in a court of law, to be at fault against another. Usually a monthly schedule of payments is legally drawn up, that both sides can somewhat agree on. Things like tools/equipment, vehicle, basic living expenses are factored in so as not to be overly oppressive to point of impossible for debtor. Common sense creating such a schedule would play a large part if debtee ever hopes to regain any remuneration. As you stated, "it depends on the factors surrounding the parties involved".
However, i am sure there will always be some folk who would have some outlandish racist opinion of how things should work in their "fictional" world.
For example: GULF WAR 1, 1990, was presented to American People with the caveat that Iraqi Oil will be commandeered to pay for the war. That never happened for whatever the reasons, (that only The Insiders know).
We have to face facts: in 2014 very few international agreements are transparent to "We the People". Contrary to fanciful idealism of Secular Humanism, everything has become 'proprietary information' as a matter of national security. Kinda like the old CCCP's Modus Operandi.
Some say, Communist Russia and Communist China were the experiments of the New World Order, just to see how that

would pan out on the world stage. The Communist Venture was monitored to see how the NWO can accomplish world domination by evaluating your mistakes. The NWO, (who are on the centuries plan to accomplish world domination), never thought the "red babies" would turn on their parents. Boy, howdy was Henry Ford, for one, ever surprised.
And the "useful idiots", windbags, abound...writing books about their blowhard experience from their cloistered existence."

О чем это говорит? На мой взгляд о том, что держаться за английскую политическую экономию контрпродуктивно как с экономической, так и с политической точки зрения. Но, похоже, весь наш как бы политико-экономический истеблишмент (правый, левый, красный, белый, голубой, либеральный, консервативный, интеллектуальный и т.п.) ничего другого не воспринимает. Но это их проблемы.
Приведу пример из Литературной газеты - "Капитализм или оптимальная экономика: как распорядится история?".
Что претит такому истеблишменту? Эквивалентность обмена. Вообще обмен как начало рассуждений об экономике. С деньгами долговой конструкции эквивалентный обмен невозможен в принципе. Обмен должен быть по стоимости. У Маркса, если память мне не изменяет, стоимость не содержит вещества, данного нам в ощущение, что и подтверждает неэквивалентность обмена как при капитализме, так и при социализме. Конфронтации, войны, революции в связи с этим - вопрос времени, а не полиции, спецслужб и армии. А если напирать на психологию, это время пойдет быстрее, побежит даже.
Эквивалентный обмен предполагает одновременность обмена и равноценность в принципе, а не по произволу позитивного права. Что кроме хлеба насущного придумало человечество и создало для себя рукотворно после данности воздуха и воды? Какую ценность?
Вопросы собственности и т.п. - это все потом ... Следствия.
На что тратится энергия обсуждений? Прочитал "О попытке превратить Стрелкова в пресловутую "третью силу"". Навернулась слеза умиления. Даже лозунг придумал - Поддержим все, что падает! Как один! Ничего не будем делать, только поддерживать! И доверять! Поддерживать и доверять! Не проверять, но доверять! Ура, товарищи!
С Украиной ведь случайно все произошло ...
